Beech Rail Safety
This week in Beech Class we learned all about keeping ourselves safe on and around the railway.
The video we watched, provided by the Rail Safe Friendly Organisation, taught us all about safety around level crossings, how to behave on trains and platforms and near the tracks.
The children had lots of great questions to ask afterwards so please do discuss this with your children at home.

It was lovely to see all the children behave so reverently for our May Procession to celebrate the month of Mary.
Next Tuesday, 5th May, we are visiting the library in the morning so please send the children with a coat. Some Year 2 children are also competing in a football competition on that day.
