This week at Forest School, Year 4 had a fantastic outdoor adventure! The highlight of the session was learning how to safely build and enjoy a real fire. Once the fire was ready, everyone had the chance to toast marshmallows – they were deliciously gooey!
The final groups worked brilliantly together to complete their dens. They showed great teamwork and creativity, making strong and cosy shelters using natural materials found around the forest.
Meanwhile, other children let their imaginations run wild by inventing their own flowers and forest creatures. We saw some amazing ideas, from colourful magical plants to unique woodland animals with special powers!
It was a fun, creative, and memorable day filled with teamwork, imagination, and new skills. Well done, Year 4!
